extends GrpGroupElement

Class to handle the conversion of the body element.

History:

• 13 Dec 2000 - Created file.
• 16 Feb 2001 - Create the route's par separate from the Node's par so that we can guarantee that the routes at a specific time are added after the nodes. This is so that we don't have forward referencing of ids, where the rout may reference a node before the node is added to the tree.

Method to do the xmta mapping for the body. Don't do anything in this method because the structure of the body is created in the XMT-O structure construction.
